Slow progress...
I've been stitching away steadily on Alpine Seasons and here's progress after nearly a week...
I'm about halfway through part 6, so these parts are going to take much longer than most of the others. I can see I won't have time for much else apart from this and my exchanges!
As an aside, I have the name for my redwork exchange! I know roughly what I'm going to stitch but on seeing the recipient's work I changed my mind on the shade of red, so I'm waiting for some supplies. I'll show you when they arrive!

It's so beautiful Nicki.
ReplyDeleteI've had to accept that doing it each month has become to stressful for me, especially with these big parts coming. It will be going into my regular rotation and I'll just have to enjoy it as I go. I'll be sorry not to be up to date any more, but be glad for less pressure.
I can't wait to see more of yours and everyone else's though. So beautiful.
I'm sorry you won't be keeping up Kerry, but the whole point is that it's supposed to be enjoyable, not stressful, isn't it? :-)
ReplyDeleteThese parts are BIG, so I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up either. I do want to try though. I'm planning on giving it to my mum and dad for their 50th anniversary next May, so I have to be up to dateish!
This is beautiful! I've never seen the pattern before today. Lovely design. You must be enjoying this colorful project. Glad you found your pet safe-n-sound. Adorable picure ; )
