Here she is!
Here's my long-neglected Petal Fairy! Seeing a couple of other WIPs recently has really encouraged me to get her out. I actually finished the stitching on her skirt last night - just the beading to finish and the flower at the top left to do. The poor thing's been so neglected - I got bogged down in all that yellow. Now it's done I feel a finish in the not too distant future!
She's stitched on the recommended fabric - when I decided to start her I went round and round on fabric choices and then decided I liked this colour after all!
She's beautiful!

ReplyDeleteOooh, my sister is about to start this one, but she's struggling to find the right fabbie. I think she's going to end up settling on the recommended one too. I'll be sure to show her a pic of yours so she can decide (and admire, of course)
