House exchange part 1

For a break from HAED pictures, here's the piece I stitched for the House exchange over on the Stitching Bloggers Exchange Board.


I think mine is the first to arrive, which isn't surprising as it only had to travel to Katrina! I was so pleased to get her name, and as we'd both just joined the Little House Needleworks yahoo group, it was a real no-brainer about what to stitch!

This is the recent freebie from LHN, stitched on 32ct Shortbread from Countrystitch and turned into a pinkeep. I didn't have all the right Crescent Colors, so substituted several of them, and I changed the wording (stitched over one) and the flag. Glad you like it Katrina!
