Needlework smalls exchange part 2

I got a lovely needlecase from Juanita this morning for the Needlework Smalls exchange. She says in the card that she designed it for me! Isn't it pretty? Such gorgeous colours - I love it! (Sorry the photos are a bit dark - it's murky and overcast here this morning.)

It's lined with really pretty fabric too...

(The needles were in the needlecase already - so useful!) And I got some yummy small cuts of fabric - I'm nearly out of small bits of fabric so these are perfect! - and some great colours of DMC.

Thank you so much Juanita! A wonderful exchange!

This is my last exchange for the year. I'm a little exchanged out. I've done seven pieces in the last 3 months, which was overdoing it a bit! I don't think I'll be doing any more until the new year now.

In other stitching news, I finished the first page of the mystery HAED (which I can now reveal is Shakaasha by Linda Tso), and I've started Pompeii Garden! Piccies to come over the weekend....
