Strawberry Garden

Strawberry Garden by Blackbird Designs
Fabric: 32ct Toitoi linen from Countrystitch
Threads: recommended Crescent Colours and GAST and DMC 310 (instead of WDW Mascara for the pot)

Stitched as a SAL with Lina. Thanks Lina - it's been such fun! I really didn't think I'd finish this last night but then all of a sudden I just had the bird left to do so I stayed up an extra hour to get it done!

I will get this one framed as soon as I can - and Coffee Menu too - but it might have to wait until after all the expenses of the move. I have plans for Coffee Menu - it's going in the kitchen - and one day I'll have Ye Olde Coffee House and Tea Room and Chocolate Shoppe next to it too!

  19. It looks lovely.

I actually bought this chart because I saw it on your blog.

I had a question though... the plant pot, the instructions weren't very clear on what stitches to do. Did you backstitch it, or are the stitches the full length of each little "cube" as it were?

  20. Disregard that last, I can see that it's full length stitches from the enlarged picture :)
