Redwork exchange part 2

The exchange piece that I stitched for Barbara finally arrived! I was beginning to wonder where it had got to but post to mainland Europe does seem to take a few more days than post to the UK.

I stitched Barbara part of a freebie from The Needle's Content over 1 on 28ct Light Sand linen using DMC 115. I turned it into a mattress (my first!) using Vero's wonderful instructions, and then made a little fob to go with it.

  6. I can imagine you were beginning to worry about it (which was why I posted immediately). I saw on the postal stamp that you'd mailed it nearly 2 weeks ago!

I had fun showing it off to my DH last night and he agrees that your stitching and finishing are just FABULOUS!!
