Blackstone progress

I stitched a little on Blackstone Fantasy Garden yesterday, although I almost did more unpicking than stitching! I decided the second green I'd used wasn't right, so out that came. And the corner was too dark, so out came one of the brown sections. I'm going to have to stick to doing the blackwork bits in daylight until I'm fixed on all the colours. Colour choices under artificial light don't always work!

If anyone is wondering what's happened to some of my other SALs, Karen and I are taking a break for a couple of months and Lina is on her holidays, so time off on Mondays for a couple of weeks too!

Oh, and a note for any Heaven and Earth Designs fans - some of the artists are being discontinued very, very shortly. Here's the announcement. So go and grab any charts you absolutely have to have soon!

  3. Your colors on Blackstone look great--you have such an eye for color! I'm hoping after the Harry Potter madness of this month that I'll have more time for my stitching.
