Just a space to fill
I've been meaning to post this photo for a while. Here's Medieval Times nearly finished. I've made some alterations as you can see. The basket that should be on the lady's head is on the ground, the flower to the right of it is filled in, and there are some more herb names to fill the gaps round the big flowers.
All I need to do now is fill the gap. There's space for my initials above the basket and then I was thinking of an urn. However, I've never designed anything before so it's been sitting there empty for a few weeks while I decide how to go about it. Any suggestions?!
P.S. I was just browsing the new releases and saw this. It's from Plum Pudding Needleart - thought it was very applicable for a lot of us!

ReplyDeleteAll your WIPs are so pretty! You have big projects to stitch. Your HAED piece looks lovely, I've started dreaming of stitching one of them one day, as I see these in blogs :)
ReplyDeleteOooh I like your adaptation of your Chatelaine. I really didn't like this one very much that when I found the right person I gave it away gladly!
