Autumn house exchange part 2

Thanks so much for all the comments on my WIPs. It was great to get them all out and see them again, and I now have a real urge to stitch on all of them all at once! I did notice that they all seem huge though - how did that happen? I've got enough on the go to last for years and years and years!

I have finished something I can show you though - my autumn house exchange has reached Karen and she tells me she loves it.

It's Blackbird Sampler by Bent Creek and it's stitched over one (just for a change!) on 28ct Haystack (again!) from Countrystitch. I was a bit stumped for finishing ideas so it ended up as a pinkeep. The ribbon wouldn't behave so it's not the best I'm afraid.

I had the chart in my stash but it's not crossed off the list as I can't decide if I want to stitch it again for myself!

  6. Leave that one uncrossed. You must do it for yourself...so wonderful! I am sure Karen must be chuffed with hers!
