Moon Garden
Stitched on 30ct 18th Century Rook by R&R Reproductions with recommended GAST threads
Moon Garden is finished - the missing thread came this week and it just took a couple of evenings to finish it off. I love it. Such pretty colours.
Lulu isn't so impressed. Here she is sulking because I wouldn't let her sleep on it!
Thank you for all the allotment suggestions and well wishes. We're waiting for the paperwork to be completed so we haven't been back yet but I will take some photos if I remember when we're up there next. In the meantime, here's my little veggie patch at the end of the garden...
It's been a gorgeous week so I had a couple of days digging and clearing and repotting in the garden. And I eventually got round to sowing some broad beans and garlic (the netting is to deter the cats from using my nicely dug earth as a toilet!) The growing season is underway...
Beautiful job, Nikki! Congratulations on the finish!

ReplyDeleteHi Nicki, Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love your stitching - especially Moon Garden, aren't BBD's beautiful. An allotment sounds exciting - I love working in my vege garden, however things are getting to the end of the season - it's getting very chilly down in the Deep South. Can't wait to see how your garden grows!
