Allotment photos

Apologies to those who read this for stitching news, but some people wanted to see photos of our patch of weed and grass allotment, and I finally remembered to take a camera with me.

We have from the hebe in the bottom left to the patch of dry grass where a shed used to be in the top right.

Many hours of digging have got us almost halfway through one of the beds we plan. As you can see, it's been a while since anything other than dandelions was grown on most of this!

But for inspiration we're right next door to the site manager's plot, which apparently won best in country last year. It's huge and wonderful.

He even has chickens!
