One scarf finished in 2 days.

A free download from Ravelry - known as the Tapestry scarf as it uses one skein of Rowan Tapestry wool, which just happened to be what I picked up in Hobbycraft (it was on sale).

I should have bought more wool - I'm loving knitting again!
Welcome back to knitting! Love your scarf, it's gorgeous. And what a treasure your gran's knitting bag and needles are...how proud she would be to know that you are putting it all to good use :)
ReplyDeleteThat's turned out really well, love how it has knitted up
ReplyDeleteLovely scarf !
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty! I'm going to have to check out the pattern...and the yarn! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteStunning! Love the colour variation.
ReplyDeleteLovely! That is a perfect width pattern to really bring out the shading changes in the yarn. So if you're getting hooked into knitting again, have you thought about lace knitting? This is a great site: http://www.heirloom-knitting.co.uk/
ReplyDeleteDangerous though :)
Keep having fun, and I'm looking forward to what you get up to next.
