Stitch-a-long postings

Here's Toccata II-sday week 7. This is my weekly SAL with Tash - 2 motifs a week. After struggling last week with the Japan thread I chose two easy motifs this week. I might save all the Japan thread for a bit later and do it on a frame.

And here's Winter's Eve, my Monday SAL with Lina. It doesn't look as if I did much but I finished all the satin stitch and then spent ages doing algerian eyelets and a bit of beading. It's going to be so pretty!

  11. Great progress on Toccata 2. You will find that the frame will help with the japan thread but I wouldn't save it all up to do at once, the Japan thread is very challenging and I found that I need to mix it in with some of the other motifs for a break
