Cute Stitching
I've not been able to concentrate properly on my stitching recently. Probably the lack of sleep! Everything seems to need too much effort. I tried pulling out a simple quaker WIP (Quaker a 6 Mains), but even that didn't inspire me. So, what better than a new start and something cute and simple?!
Here's The Counting House by Little House Needleworks - one of the lovely gifts Cathy sent me recently. It's on the Hazy Dayz fabric I got as this month's Rainbow Club - I was so pleased to get it - I needed a blue for this chart! I've only just started but it's so cute already! (The line in the middle is me being lazy and not ironing/pressing the fabric!)
I have two stash orders on the way and one has the last of the threads I need for this. I was hoping it would be here by now, but it isn't. I do have a new acquisition though - the JCS ornament issue. I wasn't going to buy it this year but I was driving past my LNS yesterday and they had a Christmas display in the window, so I stopped to look. And this page drew me in - look at all that red! How could I resist! LOL!
